Shepherd & Flock – Brand Tailoring is founded on over 20 years’ experience in both creative and commercial fields. I’ve learned my craft and have built my expertise in branding, graphic design, photography and web design over that time; freelancing, in agency creative and leadership roles; and client-side, working in-house and providing project management services.

I bring a wealth of experience in FMCG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, Telecoms, Automotive, Services and eCommerce verticals; commercially with companies including Vodafone, Canon Consumer Imaging, EBAY and Trader Media Group; and delivering both creative and technical projects for brands including:

DIGITAL FOR CROKE PARK
I’ve previously had the privilege to contract in-house with Croke Park and the GAA; to plan, design and project manage the development of a scalable, enterprise grade digital platform and website for one of Europe’s largest stadiums.
I’ve since worked with entrepreneurial startups and established SMEs; bringing that experience to build their web presence with visually led, responsive designs in Wordpress; and as a Shopify Partner; delivering ecommerce websites, integrating POS and stock management in omnichannel solutions for traditional bricks & mortar retailers.
PACKAGING FOR VALEO FOODS
In a partnership between OwensDDB and Valeo Foods; I established, built and headed up an in-house creative studio, the ‘Valeo Lab’ for one of Ireland’s largest FMCG groups.
I worked across a broad portfolio of Ireland’s leading household brands on print communications (brochures, FSDU’s, Retail POS etc) whilst developing an extensive packaging design portfolio and expertise in end-to-end packaging delivery from concept design through to technical delivery; regulatory labelling, substrate, prepress finishing and print-run management.
