PROJECT NOTES
Lites Group is one of Ireland’s leading Marketing and Advertising companies; providing Merchandising, Sales, Product Demonstrations, Market Research & Retail Auditing services across FMCG and Trade categories. Leaders in their field, they felt their existing website did not represent the brand and business behind it and engaged Shepherd & Flock to undertake a full redesign.
Following on from our initial meeting, I carried out further scoping sessions to work with Martin, Lites Group’s Managing Director, to develop the project brief. Both Martin and Aidan, co-Managing Director, defined their people as the company’s greatest assets; a dedicated team delivering their services to clients.
I took that core value of ‘people first’, as the starting point for the brief, building a brand new responsive website, that clearly communicated the company’s services, streamlined the navigational structure versus their original site design and placed staff front and centre; using team members as models, photographed in a studio setting, before integrating into the final web banners. A bold colour palette was selected to represent the vibrant and welcoming culture within the business and help define the different service offerings.
A blog section was also provided to allow Martin, Aidan and the team engage with clients and share news, insights and activity ongoing; utilising a user friendly content management system.

We engaged Shephard & Flock to refresh our online presence and the first project was our company website. We are extremely pleased with the end product.
