Fieldstown Farm
Located between Swords and Ashbourne, Fieldstown has been in the same family since the 1700’s. Padraic and Brid McMahon are passionate producers, focusing on high quality free-range lamb and turkey, beef and tillage throughout the year. With two quiet flowing rivers meandering through their fields, it’s an idyllic place with open pastures and ancient woodland.
Their highly regarded lamb is produced to the highest standards and as we get towards the end of the calendar year, their turkeys roam freely during the day in open pasture before being ushered in for the night. With every one pre-sold each year the best you might do is to get a jar of their homemade cranberry sauce!
